These settings define how Asher Labs money management drives your positions — the stage ladder (re-purchase → take-profit) that appears on the Dashboard blotter. There is no save button — every change saves itself, to this browser and to your account. The line next to Export to file says which: saved to your account means the ladder runs even with this tab closed, and THIS DEVICE ONLY means it does not. Billing lives in the Account area.
