Chart every market on your own terminal.
AsherCharts is a full charting terminal for crypto, stocks, and FX — built on Asher's own engine, not a third-party one. Draw, add indicators, save layouts, replay history bar-by-bar, and embed a live chart anywhere. This manual covers every part of it.
What AsherCharts is
AsherCharts is a standalone charting subscription. It's the same charting technology inside the Asher Labs trading terminal — KarbonChart, an in-house engine — with all the trading stripped away. There's no order ticket, no wallet, no auto-execution: just charts. Every candle on the chart is served by Asher's own market-data platform — the terminal reads from our platform and from nothing else.
Every market
Crypto, tokenized stocks, forex, metals and indices — one catalog, one terminal.
Full toolkit
115 indicators, a deep drawing toolset, and multi-pane layouts.
Bar Replay
Play any market forward bar-by-bar to study or practice.
Embeddable
Drop a live chart into your own site, newsletter, or dashboard.
AsherCharts is charting only. Its sibling, Asher Labs, is the same charts plus live trading, backtesting, and the Asher AI copilot. If you want to place trades, that's Asher Labs — this product is for reading the market.
Two ways to chart
AsherCharts gives you two surfaces, and it helps to know which does what:
| Surface | Best for | Has |
|---|---|---|
| Quick chart | A fast, single chart — and the basis for embeds. | Symbol, timeframes, chart types, drawing tools, replay, live pill. |
| The terminal | Serious analysis. Open it from Charts → /app. | Everything in Quick chart, plus indicators, saved layouts, and alerts. |
If there's no + Indicators menu and no layout saving, you're on the lightweight Quick chart. For indicators, layouts, and alerts, open the full terminal.
Getting started
- Open AsherChartsGo to ashercharts.com (also reachable at
asherlabs.ai/charts). The home page is a landing page — read what the product does, then take the Open a live chart button straight into the terminal. - Create a free accountClick Sign in in the header, switch to the Create account tab, and sign up with an email and password. The Free plan is live and gives you the full charting terminal — no card needed.
- Open the terminalUse the Charts link in the header (top nav: Markets · Screener · Watchlist · Pricing · Docs · Charts) to open the full terminal at
/app.
Markets & the catalog
Click the symbol at the top-left to open the picker, then type in "Search markets…". The full symbol-search modal shows price, 24-hour and 7-day change, and market cap, and you can star favorites and filter to ★ Favorites only.
The catalog spans roughly 2,300 instruments across four classes:
| Class | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Crypto | Perpetual contracts — BTC, ETH, SOL, and hundreds more. Each asset appears once, under its plain ticker; every candle is served by the Asher market platform, which is the only source this product charts. |
| Stock Perps | ~150 tokenized US equities (AAPL, TSLA, NVDA…) that chart 24/7. |
| Forex | 31 FX pairs — majors, crosses, and metals (gold XAUUSD, silver XAGUSD). |
| Indices | The S&P 500 (SPX), Nasdaq-100 (NDX), Dow (DJI) and VIX, as index charts. They have no live quote — an index is not a traded instrument — so their price, 24h and market-cap cells read “—” in Markets, the Screener and the Watchlist. The chart itself is real. |
The "stock" instruments are tokenized perpetuals that track equity prices, not shares on a stock exchange — which is why they trade around the clock.
Markets, Screener & Watchlist
Besides the terminal, the site carries three market pages. They share the same header — Markets · Screener · Watchlist · Pricing · Docs · Charts — and they all read from the same Asher data platform the charts do.
| Page | What it's for | What's on it |
|---|---|---|
| Markets | The overview — a market front page. | A live ticker tape, a BTC chart, four summary stats (total market cap, 24h advancing, Bitcoin, Ethereum), Top gainers and Top losers panels, and a table of the top 30 by market cap. |
| Screener | Scanning the whole catalog. | A search box, quick filters (All · Gainers · Losers · Top 20), and a sortable table — click a column head to sort by rank, name, price, 24h %, 7d % or market cap. |
| Watchlist | The handful of markets you actually follow. | Type a symbol ("BTC, ETH, AAPL"), pick from the suggestions, and hit Add. Each row shows price, 24h %, 7d % and market cap, with an ✕ to remove it. Empty to start, with starter chips to fill it. |
These pages are for scanning, not analysis. When something catches your eye, open the Charts link (or any Open the terminal button) and search the symbol there.
Reading the chart
New to candles? Start here
Each candle is one slice of time (a 15-minute candle covers 15 minutes). It shows four prices: where the slice opened, where it closed, and the highest and lowest it traded.
- The thick part is the body — from open to close. The thin lines are wicks — the high and low.
- Green = price finished higher than it started (up). Red = it finished lower (down).
- Read left → right: the newest candle is on the right, at the live edge.
A shorter timeframe (1m, 5m) zooms into fine detail; a longer one (4h, D, W, M) shows the big trend. Same market — just a different zoom level.
The top strip carries the controls you'll touch constantly.
Timeframes
The terminal offers 20 timeframes, from one minute to one month, grouped into minutes, hours and days:
The timeframe strip shows a shortlist by default — 1m · 5m · 15m · 30m · 1h · 4h · 1D · 1W. Open the timeframe menu to reach the rest, including the daily multiples (2D, 3D) and the monthly (1M) candle, and to change which ones stay pinned to the strip.
3D is in the timeframe menu, but on the build currently live it can come back empty on crypto and stock perps — you'll see "No data" and the previous timeframe's candles left on screen. Forex is unaffected. A fix is written and waiting to ship; until it does, use 1D or 2D if 3D draws nothing.
Chart types
The chart-type selector switches how each bar of price is drawn. Same data, nine renderings — listed here in menu order:
| Type | What it shows | Reach for it when… |
|---|---|---|
| Candles | The default. Each bar shows open, high, low, and close as a body plus wicks. | You want the most information per bar — the everyday view. |
| Hollow candles | The same candles, but up bars are drawn as an outline instead of a filled body. | You want a lighter chart where up moves recede and down moves stand out. |
| Heikin Ashi | Averaged candles: each bar is smoothed from the current and previous bar, so noise fades and runs of one color stand out. | You're gauging trend and want fewer false flickers. (Prices are smoothed, so it's for reading direction, not exact levels.) |
| Line | A single line connecting each bar's close. | You want the cleanest possible shape of the trend. |
| Area | The close line with a shaded fill beneath it. | You want the line view with a little more weight for presentations or embeds. |
| Baseline | The close line split at a reference level — the stretch above it is shaded one color, the stretch below the other. | You care about distance from a level rather than the absolute price. |
| Bars | Classic OHLC bars — a vertical line with an open tick on the left and a close tick on the right. | You like a lighter, thinner mark than candles. |
| Renko | Fixed-size bricks that print only when price moves a whole box, so time is dropped from the x-axis. Box size follows ATR(14), falling back to 0.5% of the last close. | You want the trend stripped of sideways chop entirely. |
| Point & Figure | Columns of X (rising) and O (falling), close-based with a 3-box reversal. Like Renko, it advances on movement, not on time. | You're mapping support and resistance without the noise between them. |
Both are movement-based: a bar prints when price travels a box, not when a clock ticks. The time axis under them is therefore a sequence, not a calendar — don't read bar spacing as duration on those two types.
Time zone
The time-zone control sets what wall-clock the axis and crosshair label print — it never changes the data, only how times are shown. Choose from:
| Setting | Clock used |
|---|---|
| UTC | Coordinated Universal Time — the neutral reference most crypto desks quote in. |
| Exchange / Local | Your computer's own time zone. |
| New York | America/New_York — handy for US equity hours. |
| London | Europe/London. |
| Tokyo | Asia/Tokyo. |
Crypto trades 24/7 with no single "market close," so a fixed reference clock keeps candles lining up no matter where you are. Switch to New York or Exchange / Local if you think in your own trading hours.
Live price & countdown
The right axis shows a live last-price pill — green when the last move was up, red when down — and directly beneath it a candle-close countdown ticking down to when the current bar closes. The status line reads e.g. "123 bars · live" as fresh data streams in. If you've scrolled back into history, the » button (bottom-right, "Scroll to the most recent bar") snaps you back to the live edge.
The price scale on the right is fully adjustable — reset it, auto-fit it, invert it, or switch it between Regular, Percent, Indexed, and Log — all from the axis gear. That's the next section.
Price scale & the axis menu
The vertical numbers on the right are the price scale. Click the ⚙ gear at the bottom of the axis (or right-click the chart and choose Settings…) to open the axis menu. It's where you change how prices are laid out — nothing here changes the data, only the view.
| Item | What it does |
|---|---|
| Reset price scale | Snap the scale back to its default fit. |
| Auto (fits data to screen) | Let the chart keep the visible candles framed automatically as you scroll. Turn it off to lock the scale in place. |
| Scale price chart only | Keep the price series auto-fitting while leaving overlays where they are. |
| Invert scale | Flip the axis so up is down — useful for reading inverse pairs. |
| Regular | Standard linear price spacing (the default). |
| Percent | Show moves as a percentage from the left edge instead of absolute price. |
| Indexed to 100 | Rebase the series so the left edge starts at 100 — easy for comparing growth. |
| Logarithmic | Space prices by percentage, so a move from 10→20 looks the same size as 100→200. Best for long histories and big ranges. |
| Position lines (TP · DCA) | Toggle any take-profit / averaging level lines drawn on the axis. |
| Last-price pill | Show or hide the live price tag on the axis. |
| More settings… | Open the full chart-settings dialog. |
Some rows in this menu print an ⌥ (Alt / Option) hint beside them — ⌥I, ⌥P, ⌥L and the like. Those are labels only: they are not wired to the keyboard, so pressing them does nothing. Click the menu item instead. The one Alt shortcut that really works is ⌥R, and it starts Bar Replay — not the price scale. Regular, Percent, Indexed, and Log are mutually exclusive — picking one turns off the others.
If the chart ever looks squished or the candles drift off-screen, open the gear and hit Reset price scale — it's the one-click "put it back to normal" button.
Drawing tools
A vertical drawing rail runs down the left edge of the chart. The top button is the Crosshair (the normal pointer); below it, each button with a small caret (▾) opens a flyout of related tools. Pick a tool, then click on the chart to place it. Right-click any finished drawing to recolor, resize, lock, hide, or delete it.
Lines & channels
| Tool | Use |
|---|---|
| Trend line | A straight line between two points. |
| Ray | A line that starts at a point and extends forever one way. |
| Info line | A trend line that also prints its price/bar/percent stats. |
| Extended line | A straight line extended in both directions. |
| Trend angle | A trend line that reports its angle. |
| Arrow | A straight line with an arrowhead. |
| Horizontal line / Horizontal ray | A level across the whole chart, or one that extends from a point. |
| Vertical line / Crossline | Mark a moment in time, or drop a full crosshair marker. |
| Parallel channel | Two parallel trend lines forming a channel. |
| Flat top/bottom | A channel with a flat edge — for ranges and bases. |
Fibonacci & Gann
Fibonacci: Fib retracement, Trend-based fib extension, Fib channel, Fib time zone, Fib speed resistance fan, Trend-based fib time, Fib circles, Fib spiral, Fib speed resistance arcs, Fib wedge, and Pitchfan. Gann: Gann box, Gann square (fixed), Gann square, and Gann fan.
Shapes & arrows
Arrows: Arrow marker, Arrow, Arrow mark up, Arrow mark down. Shapes: Rectangle, Circle, Ellipse, Polyline, and Triangle.
Brushes
Freehand click-and-drag strokes: Brush, Pencil, Marker, Highlighter, and Chalk. Right-click a stroke to change its color or width, or to delete it.
Annotations
Text, Note, Price label, and Flag mark — for labelling levels and pinning comments to the chart.
Positions & measurement
| Tool | Use |
|---|---|
| Long position / Short position | Sketch a trade idea with entry, target, and stop, and read the risk/reward. |
| Ruler | Measure price change, percent, bars, and time between two points. |
| Price range / Date range | Measure just the vertical (price) or just the horizontal (time) move. |
| Anchored VWAP | Volume-weighted average price anchored to a bar you pick. |
Rail utilities
Below the flyouts, the rail has quick actions: the Ruler (measure), Unlock all drawings, Show all hidden drawings, and a red Delete all drawings button that clears the chart in one click.
The rail is built to match a full pro toolset, and a few of the more exotic items are shown for completeness but aren't wired to the engine yet — pick one and the status line says "— coming soon." Everything in the everyday groups (lines, channels, core Fib, shapes, brushes, annotations, positions, and the ruler) is live.
Indicators Terminal
In the full terminal, open the + Indicator menu for the studies library — 115 indicators you can search and organize by category:
The set covers the essentials and the deep cuts — EMA, SMA, Hull & VWMA, Bollinger, Keltner and Donchian channels, RSI, Stochastic RSI, MACD, ADX, Awesome Oscillator, MFI, VWAP, SuperTrend, Ichimoku, PSAR, and many more. Each indicator lands as a removable chip with its own settings panel, and studies recompute on the live, forming bar — not just at bar close. Star the ones you use to keep them in Favorites.
How many can run at once
The two kinds of study behave differently, and it's worth knowing which is which before you build a layout:
| Kind | Where it draws | How many at once |
|---|---|---|
| Overlays | On the price itself — moving averages, Bollinger / Keltner / Donchian bands, VWAP, Ichimoku, SuperTrend, PSAR, pivots. | As many as you like. They stack on the price pane. |
| Oscillator-pane studies | In their own pane under price — RSI, MACD, Stochastic, ADX, MFI, Awesome Oscillator, CCI, and the rest of the pane studies. | One at a time. The chart carries a single oscillator pane. |
Turning on a second oscillator replaces the first — it isn't added beside it. Switch RSI on and then MACD, and only MACD is left; the footer count goes back to reading one study on the chart. This is how the terminal works today on every plan, so a layout can't be built around RSI and MACD side by side. Overlays are unaffected — run as many of those together as you want.
Add and configure an indicator
- Open the menuClick + Indicator in the toolbar.
- Find your studyType its name in the search box, or browse a category (Moving averages, Oscillators, Volume…).
- Add itClick it. Overlays (like EMA or Bollinger) draw on the price and stack freely; oscillators (like RSI or MACD) open in the pane below — and adding one swaps out whichever oscillator was there.
- Tune itHover the study's chip and click the gear to change its length, source, and colors.
- Remove or favoriteClick the ✕ on the chip to remove it, or the ★ to keep it in Favorites for next time.
Chart layouts Terminal
A layout is a saved snapshot of your whole workspace — symbol, timeframe, chart type, every indicator, all your drawings, and any multi-pane grid. Save one and you can jump back to that exact setup any time. The layouts menu sits in the chart header.
| Menu item | What it does |
|---|---|
| 💾 Save layout | Save changes to the current layout. Shortcut: ⌘S (Mac) / Ctrl S (Windows). |
| ➕ Save as new… / + Create new layout | Fork the current setup into a brand-new named layout. |
| ✎ Rename… | Give the active layout a new name. |
| 🗑 Delete | Remove the active layout. |
| ↻ Autosave | A toggle. When on, changes to the layout save themselves automatically as you work. |
| 🔗 Copy share link | Copy a link that reopens this exact layout elsewhere. |
| Saved layouts | Your list — click any name to switch to it. |
Save and switch, step by step
- Set up your chartPick a symbol and timeframe, add the indicators and drawings you want.
- Save itOpen the layouts menu and click 💾 Save layout, or just press
⌘S/Ctrl S. First time, you'll be asked to name it. - Make anotherChange things, then use ➕ Save as new… to keep both — the original stays put.
- Switch anytimeOpen the menu and click a name under Saved layouts to load it.
- Rename or deleteUse ✎ Rename… or 🗑 Delete on the active layout.
Turn on Autosave so you never lose a change. When you're signed in, layouts sync to your account, so the same setups open on any device you log in from. Not signed in? They're still saved in that browser. Save as many layouts as you like — there is no cap on the number today.
Price alerts Terminal
An alert watches a symbol and tells you when price crosses a level you set. Alerts live in the terminal's alerts panel, and you can also drop one straight from the chart.
- Open the alerts panelThe current symbol is filled in for you. Or, right-click the chart at the price you care about and choose Add alert to pre-fill that level. (The menu prints an
⌥Ahint beside it — that's a label, not a live shortcut; use the menu item.) - Type a priceEnter the price you want to be warned about.
- Pick a directionChoose Above or Below — whether you want to know when price rises through the level or falls through it.
- Add itClick Add. It joins the list, and the terminal checks live prices every few seconds.
- When it firesThe alert's row highlights, and if you've allowed browser notifications you'll get a pop-up too. Remove a single alert with its ✕, or use Clear to wipe them all.
Alerts are checked while the terminal is open in your browser — keep the tab around to catch them. The first time, your browser may ask permission to show notifications; allow it for the desktop pop-ups. Set as many alerts as you need — there is no cap on the number today.
Bar Replay
Bar Replay plays a market forward one bar at a time — ideal for studying a setup or practicing without looking ahead. Press ⏵ Replay (or Alt+R) to start.
- Play / pause (
Shift+↓), step forward (Shift+→), step back (Shift+←), and jump to the start or end. - A speed control changes the playback pace.
- While replaying, the chart owns the series and ignores live ticks, so nothing from the future leaks in.
Add ?replay=1 to a chart URL and it enters replay automatically once the bars load.
Keyboard shortcuts
A handful of keys speed up the parts you use most. (On Windows/Linux, ⌥ is the Alt key and ⌘ is Ctrl.)
| Keys | Does |
|---|---|
⌥R | Start or stop Bar Replay. |
Shift + ↓ | Play / pause during replay. |
Shift + → | Step one bar forward during replay. |
Shift + ← | Step one bar back during replay. |
⌘S / Ctrl S | Save the current chart layout (terminal). |
Esc | Close the open menu, flyout, or dialog. |
That table is the whole list — those keys are the ones the terminal actually listens for.
The price-scale gear menu prints ⌥I, ⌥P and ⌥L beside Invert, Percent and Log, and the right-click menu prints ⌥A beside Add alert. Those are labels only — nothing is bound to them, so pressing them does nothing. Click the menu item instead. ⌥R is bound, but to Bar Replay — it does not reset the price scale, so don't reach for it when the chart looks squished. Use the axis ⚙ gear → Reset price scale for that.
Shortcuts pause while you're typing in a text box (like the symbol search or an alert price) so they don't fire by accident.
Embeds & white-label Pro perk
AsherCharts can put a live chart on your site. In the members area, the Embed studio generates an embeddable chart for your website, newsletter, or dashboard.
- Configure the chartPick the Symbol, Timeframe (5m / 15m / 1h / 4h / 1D / 1W), and Theme (Dark / Light) in the live preview.
- White-label itOn Pro, tick White-label (remove mark) and the studio builds a white-label snippet (
wm=0) — then paste in your embed key from Account → Embed & white-label key. Free embeds carry the mark in the corner. - Copy the snippetPress Copy to grab the embed code and paste it into your page.
Embeds are configured entirely through URL parameters, so once you know them you can hand-craft a chart URL too — just add them after a ?, joined by &.
URL parameter reference
| Parameter | What it sets | Example values |

datafeed | Which data source feeds the chart. There is one: Asher, our own market-data platform. It's the default, and it's the only value the chart accepts. | asher |
replay | Auto-enter Bar Replay once bars load. | 1 |
wm | Watermark. 0 asks to remove the AsherCharts mark (white-label). Honoured only with a valid key on a Pro / Premium account — otherwise the mark stays and the chart renders as normal. | 1 (default) · 0 |
key | Your embed key from Account → Embed & white-label key. Checked on our server on every load; it decides whether wm=0 is honoured. | core_live_… |
For example, a dark 4-hour Heikin-Ashi Bitcoin chart in New York time is ?symbol=BTCUSDT&tf=4h&type=heikin&tz=newyork&theme=dark.
AsherCharts draws every candle from Asher's own market-data platform, and only from there. There are no exchange datafeeds to select — the adapters that once let a chart be pointed at an exchange tape were removed, because a chart labelled with one venue must never be drawn from another's book. Whatever instrument you name, you get that instrument's series from our platform, or an honest error.
Free embeds show a small AsherCharts link in the corner. Removing it is a Pro / Premium feature, and it is verified on our server — not in your browser. Add both wm=0 and your key to the embed URL:
https://ashercharts.com/embed?symbol=BTC&tf=1h&theme=dark&wm=0&key=core_live_…
Every time the embed loads it asks /api/charts/embed-auth whether that key's account has a live Pro or Premium subscription. If it does, the mark is removed. If the key is missing, wrong, rotated, or the plan doesn't include white-label, the chart still renders exactly the same — with the mark. Nothing ever breaks; the mark just stays.
Get or rotate your key at Account → Embed & white-label key. It is shown once, when issued. Because it sits in your page's HTML, anyone who views the source can read it — it is the same key as your AsherCore API key, so rotate it if it leaks.
Your account
Charting works signed out, but an account is what makes your work follow you: layouts, watchlist and alerts sync to it instead of living in one browser. Everything below sits behind the avatar at the top-right of every page — click it for Profile, Settings, Billing, Support, a dark/light toggle, and Sign out.
Signing in and signing up
Use Sign in in the header. The page has two tabs — Log in and Create account — and both take an email and a password (at least 8 characters). Creating an account is free and needs no card. Forgotten your password? Use Forgot password? on the same page and a reset email goes out.
First time in, a short onboarding checklist points you at the things worth doing straight away: open the terminal, explore the screener, and secure the account with 2FA.
Profile
The Profile page holds your display name — type it in and press Save — plus quick links back into the rest of your account.
Settings
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Appearance | Switch between ◑ Dark and ◐ Light. It's per-device, and every page — including this manual — follows it. |
| Language | Interface language: English, Español, Português, Français, Deutsch. More are coming. |
| Two-factor authentication | See below. |
| Password | Set a new password without leaving the page. |
| Session | Sign out of AsherCharts on this device. |
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
You can register an authenticator app against your account today. It does not yet gate sign-in — logging in still takes your email and password alone, and your badge will read Registered · not enforced. Registering now means your authenticator is already in place for when enforcement is switched on; it does not add protection to your login yet, so please don't treat it as if it does. Enrolment takes about a minute:
- Open SettingsAvatar → Settings, and find the Two-factor authentication (2FA) card. The badge reads Not registered or Registered · not enforced.
- Start enrolmentClick Enable 2FA. A QR code appears, with the secret key printed underneath in case you'd rather type it in.
- Add it to your authenticatorScan the QR with any TOTP app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, Apple Passwords…), or tap the secret key to copy it and paste it in.
- Confirm the codeType the 6-digit code your app shows and click Verify & enable. The card confirms Authenticator registered ✓ (sign-in is unchanged).
Registering an authenticator does not currently protect your login. Sign-in is unchanged and a password on its own still gets in, so keep using a strong, unique password — 2FA is not standing behind it yet. Keep the authenticator app on a device you'll still have tomorrow, and you can remove it any time from the same card with Disable 2FA; it asks you to confirm first.
Account & billing
The Account page shows the email on file, your current plan, and its status, with Upgrade plan and Manage billing buttons, a password change, and a log-out. Paid plans are in early access and billing isn't open yet, so a Free account sees a note pointing at the early-access list rather than a card form. See Plans.
Plans
| Plan | Price | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 — forever | The full charting terminal; crypto, stocks & FX; every drawing tool; the studies library; saved layouts and price alerts; embeds carrying the AsherCharts mark. |
| Pro | $49/mo | Everything in Free, plus white-label embeds (no mark) and priority support. |
| Premium | Let's talk | Everything in Pro, plus multi-chart layouts, custom data adapters, team seats, and dedicated support. Priced per desk — tell us the scope. |
The Free plan is live now. Pro and Premium are in early access, billing isn't open yet, and the paid tiers are not being enforced — so while that lasts, a Free account is not capped on saved layouts, price alerts, or indicators. Reach out at hello@ashercharts.com to get on the paid list. Check the Pricing page for the current details.
No plan changes how many studies a chart can carry: overlays stack without limit on every tier, and the oscillator pane holds one study at a time on every tier. See Indicators.
AsherCharts is charting software, not financial advice. Market data is provided as-is and may be delayed.
Troubleshooting
Most hiccups are quick fixes. Work down this list:
| Problem | Try this |
|---|---|
| The chart looks squished or the candles drift off-screen | Open the axis ⚙ gear and click Reset price scale, or make sure Auto is on. To re-center time as well, use the fit / » control. Don't press ⌥R for this — that key starts Bar Replay. |
| Price seems frozen or stopped updating | Check that the status line says "live." If you're in Bar Replay, the chart intentionally ignores live ticks — exit replay to resume. Otherwise reload the page. |
| I don't see the + Indicator menu, layouts, or alerts | You're on the lightweight Quick chart. Open the full terminal from Charts → /app for those. |
| A drawing tool does nothing / says "coming soon" | A few rail items are parity placeholders that aren't wired yet. Use a tool from the everyday groups (lines, shapes, brushes, Fib, positions, ruler). |
| My layout or drawings vanished | Turn on Autosave, and sign in so layouts sync to your account instead of only that browser. Clearing browser data wipes anything not synced. |
| Alerts never pop up | Alerts are checked while the terminal tab is open — keep it around. Allow browser notifications when prompted for desktop pop-ups. |
| The times on the axis look "wrong" | That's the time zone setting, not bad data. Switch it to Exchange / Local or your market's zone. |
| Numbers on a "stock" trade at odd hours | Stock instruments are tokenized perpetuals that trade 24/7 — they track equity prices but aren't exchange shares. |
Reach out at hello@ashercharts.com with the symbol, timeframe, and what you were doing.
